Ethics and Integrity Workshop

Integrity isn't just about knowing right from wrong—it's about having the self-awareness and situational readiness to recognize ethical challenges as they arise and the strength to make the right decisions in the moment. TRUE INTEGRITY is a transformative two-day workshop designed for professionals in high-responsibility roles who must navigate ethical dilemmas with confidence and clarity.

This dynamic, interactive, and live experience delves into why ethical lapses occur, even among good people, and how individuals can develop the mental and emotional resilience to maintain integrity under pressure. Participants will explore real-world scenarios, engage in insightful discussions, and gain critical skills to recognize and respond to ethical vulnerabilities before they lead to compromised decisions.

What You'll Gain from True Integrity

  • A deep understanding of why professionals make unethical choices despite good intentions.

  • The ability to differentiate misconduct from malpractice and mitigate ethical risks.

  • Insights into how personality traits influence decision-making and self-regulation.

  • Practical frameworks for responding to ethical challenges in high-stakes situations.

  • Strategies for creating environments that promote ethical behavior and accountability.

Prepare yourself to demonstrate true integrity during times of high temptation and vulnerability…

…and have the presence of mind to know when it’s happening

“I would never do something like that….”

The study of ethics is not what most people think it is. And there is one barrier to ethical and moral decision-making that deserves our attention during times of temptation and vulnerability. That barrier is one’s own conditioned belief that he or she is too strong to succumb to catastrophic urges or impulses.

But as we learn in TRUE INTEGRITY, people who become compromised are often unaware that it’s happening. Our goal is to elevate the awareness our students have of their own vulnerabilities while recognizing situations that expose those vulnerabilities to risk.
