The Professional Orientation School for New Forensic Scientists is an intensive, early-career orientation program designed to supplement the initial onboarding and training of scientists recently hired by accredited forensic science laboratories.
The primary objective of our school is to prepare our students for the rigors, challenges, and rewards of forensic science, teaching them how to build the professional awareness needed to function with excellence and integrity.

Strength-Based Leadership and Teamwork
A facilitated 2-day team-building experience focused on the leveraging of human personality, talents, and strengths as the foundations of effective leadership and teamwork. Each participant will complete the GALLUP CliftonStrengths® and Big 5 Personality assessments prior to the seminar and will receive personal reports explaining their individual results. Participants will come to appreciate the variety of strengths and personality types that exist in the human population and be better able to navigate the advantages and challenges of each. Mastery of principles of strength and personality will translate into a more skillful and patient approach to influencing or leading people in a professional environment.

FULL INFUSION is a sustained one-year coaching and consulting program administered for teams and organizations seeking to evaluate and refresh their overall effectiveness and enthusiasm. A comprehensive forensic organizational analysis is conducted to identify areas of organizational culture and functioning where energy, if any, is being wasted on coping with barriers to optimal performance. This analysis is conducted to better understand organizational strengths and opportunities, which allows for a more customized application of coaching and consulting services During the year, a multimodal blend of team development strategies are applied, including personalized coaching, management consulting, learning content, assessments, and facilitated conversations.
